I could understand why, if it was a slimline. Even the slimlines handled an EXTREME amount of heat without overheating, I measured my old one at like 135 degrees. The thing was also on for like..a week? I don't really remember. Was playing Dark Cloud and couldn't find my memory card. Ahh the days before my HDD. They just need to make better fans. Who cares if my system's loud, it works for ages. :D

dude i modded my xobx360 and crystal blue case to got the red ring of death so i was like im going to send it to them as a joke cuz i new they were not going to fix it well got it back with a new black case AND GUESS WHAT THEY DID THEy took my modded stuff out god damn
